Economy Overhaul is modification for game Euro Truck Simulator 2 and it is one and only mod based on real world data such as cargo prices, driver salaries, fuel prices, police fines and ferries.
Economy Overhaul was there since 2017 and it is longest constantly updated and supported economy modification for Euro Truck Simulator 2 on Steam and on the Internet.

Real life drivers usually doesnt get any salary per freight but in-game “salary per freight” must be set very high due to balancing the whole garage economy.

Now in driver/truck maintenance costs are also included costs for your garage maintenance. It is calculated on how much KM your drivers drive per week.

In default game there is no costs for garage maintenance so with Economy Overhau garage maintenance costs are added into AI truck maintenance costs which are mentioned above.
Bank loans are balanced to fit new overhauled economy. Existing loans, which were taken before mod installation, are not affected aswell as your bank credit debt. Only new ones.

If you violate the law and there is no police car nearby then you will get only 50% of fine (not applicable for radars and car crashes).
Police fines are no longer multiplied by your level.

If you´re achievement hunter then consider installation of this mod because due to changes in economy you´ll get "100% Garage Productivity" achievement.
