The time of day in Tamriel runs on its own cycle, and plenty of the game runs with it — bloodfiend and werewolf spawns, night-only quest steps, the light you shoot your screenshots in. This clock reads the live in-game time straight off server time, so you know what the sky looks like before you even log in.
Plan the hunt
Bloodfiends and werewolves only come out after dark. Here are the next Tamriel nights converted into your own local time, so you can be standing in Bangkorai, The Rift or Reaper's March when the sun goes down.

Every night window lasts about 2 hours and 55 minutes of real time. Spawns are not guaranteed in any single night — ZeniMax randomised them after players started camping the spots — so treat these as your best odds, not a schedule.
Megaservers
Tamriel time drives the sky; the megaservers run on real time. Daily quests, writs, endeavors, pledges, riding training and fence limits roll over daily — trials, leaderboards, weekly quests and event tickets on Tuesdays.

Why it matters
Bloodfiends spawn only at night, and only in one zone per alliance: Bangkorai for the Daggerfall Covenant, The Rift for the Ebonheart Pact and Reaper's March for the Aldmeri Dominion. Get there before the window opens — the hours either side of Tamriel midnight are the ones players report most.
Night · best around 00:00Werewolf NPCs follow the same rule: after dark only, in the same three zones. Spawns were originally tied to the lunar cycle and have since been randomised, so plan for several night windows rather than one — or find a player willing to bite you.
Night · repeat windowsSome quest steps, world encounters and NPC behaviour only trigger after sunset. Checking the dial before you log in beats standing around waiting for a sky that is still four real hours away.
After 19:00 TamrielDawn and dusk are the two short golden bands on the timeline above — roughly 29 real minutes each. If you are shooting a housing tour or a character portrait, the countdown tells you exactly when to be in position.
