Appearance Menu Mod is a feature-rich Cyber Engine Tweaks mod for Cyberpunk 2077. It lets you spawn NPCs, swap character appearances, teleport around Night City, trigger animations and much more directly from an in-game menu. This repository contains the compiled AMM release along with optional addons used by the mod.
Appearance Menu Mod (AMM) is developed in the open, and the author's repository is the authoritative source for its full documentation, its issue tracker and its release history.
ABOUT THIS LISTING
This page describes Appearance Menu Mod (AMM) by MaximiliumM. The description and screenshots are the author's own, imported from their listing on GitHub on 26 October 2026: https://github.com/MaximiliumM/appearancemenumod
Mythiq.net hosts no files for it. The download button goes straight to the release file on github.com, so you are downloading from the author's own host, not from a copy of ours.
The download count, rating and comments on this page start at zero and count Mythiq.net only. The source's own figures are not copied here — they measure a different site, and a number that cannot be checked against our own ledger is not worth printing.
Requirements
Cyberpunk 2077 on a current patch. Almost everything on this shelf is built on one or both of the two runtimes: Cyber Engine Tweaks (CET), which runs the Lua/INI side of the scene, and RED4ext, which loads native plugins. A mod that does nothing after a game update is usually waiting on a runtime rebuild, not broken.
TweakXL and ArchiveXL mods additionally require those frameworks installed, and a mod's repository states which runtime it needs — the four framework mods at the top of this shelf are exactly what everything else depends on.
Install with a mod manager (Cyberpunk 2077 Mod Manager or Vortex) where one is offered; loose installs work but the folder layout matters.
Installation
1. Download the archive with the button on this page.
2. Unzip it into your Cyberpunk 2077 install folder (steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077) so the folders merge: CET lands in bin\x64\, RED4ext builds bin\x64\plugins\, and mod packages keep the folder structure the archive already has.
3. If a mod needs a runtime you do not have, install that first from its page on this shelf — CET and RED4ext are the two everything depends on.
4. Start the game. CET mods open their overlay with the key the author lists (the \"\`\" console key by default); RED4ext plugins load silently and log to r6\logs.
UPDATING
Delete the old version's folders before unzipping a new one — the logs name the exact folders. Two copies of a plugin loaded together is the usual cause of crashes at launch.
This release downloads from github.com, not from us, so
there is no checksum to compare against. Scan the archive before you unpack it.
Tell us if something is wrong — a file that will not work, content taken from
someone else, or anything that looks unsafe. Reports go to our review team, not
to the author.
