Souls-style precision blocking — parry on the frame you are hit and you keep your stamina, deflect the damage and open the attacker up.
Perfect Parries adds a timing-based defensive mechanic to Hytale's combat. Block at the exact moment damage would land and you lose no stamina, deflect part of the damage, and drain the attacker's stamina instead — exhaust it and they are stunned.
WHAT IT CHANGES
Blocking stops being a way to take less damage and becomes a way to win an exchange. A late block still works as a normal block; a perfect one changes who is on the back foot. Against multiple attackers the stamina economy matters as much as the damage.
It is a small, focused mod that changes how fights feel rather than what is in them, and it works alongside content mods that add creatures and weapons.

The parry window is tight by design. Practise against a single weak creature before taking it into anything that matters.
