Sinytra Connector

Overview

Lets you play Fabric mods on NeoForge

📖 About

Sinytra Connector is a translation/compatibility layer that allows running Fabric mods
on NeoForge. Its goal is to bring the two platforms closer together, saving
developers time and effort maintaining their mods for multiple platforms at once, as well as allowing players to play
all their favourite mods in one modpack.

Also check out Forgified Fabric API, a port of Fabric API to NeoForge.
To learn more about how Connector works, you can read our Introductory blog post.

For improved compatibility with third-party APIs and libraries (REI,EMI,TR Energy), we recommend installing Connector Extras.

📋 Usage Guide

To install Connector and its dependencies, follow the same installation steps as you would for any other mods:

1. If you haven't already, install NeoForge. We recommend using the latest stable version.

2. Download the latest release of Connector and its dependencies.

3. Grab your favourite Fabric mods and just drop them in the mods folder like you would with any Forge mods. Connector will handle loading them for you with no additional steps required.

🔍 Get help

If you're having trouble running a mod on Connector, join our community on Discord, ask us
on GitHub Discussions or open an issue in our repository.

Here's a few tips to follow when reporting issues:

1. Make sure you are using latest available version. Look for existing issues that might've already been answered / fixed. Think about whether the issue is caused by Connector itself and not another mod you've installed. To test this, try reproducing the same issue on Fabric.

2. Navigate to the issues tab and open a new issue. Select one of the available templates depending on the topic. Fill in the required fields. In order to increase our chances of identifying and reproducing the issue, please make sure to include as many details as possible.

3. Once you're done describing the problem, submit the issue. We'll get to you as soon as we can.

Please note that providing as many details as possible is crucial to help us find and resolve the issue faster, while
also getting you a fixed version ASAP.

ABOUT THIS LISTING

This page describes Sinytra Connector by Su5eD. The description and screenshots are the author's own, imported from their listing on Modrinth on 24 October 2026: https://modrinth.com/mod/connector

Mythiq.net hosts no files for it. The download button goes straight to the release file on cdn.modrinth.com, so you are downloading from the author's own host, not from a copy of ours.

The download count, rating and comments on this page start at zero and count Mythiq.net only. The source's own figures are not copied here — they measure a different site, and a number that cannot be checked against our own ledger is not worth printing.

Requirements

Game version
  • 26.2
MOD LOADER

This release is built for Neoforge. A mod built for one loader will not load under another — Fabric mods do not run on Forge, and vice versa.

GAME VERSION

Built for Minecraft 26.2. Minecraft mods are tied to an exact version: a 1.21.4 build will refuse to load on 1.21.5.

THIS IS A LIBRARY

On its own it adds nothing you can see. It is here because other mods require it, and installing it is usually something another mod asked you to do.

DEPENDENCIES

Check the author's listing for required libraries before you start the game — a missing dependency shows up as a crash on launch, not as a warning.

Installation

1. Install Neoforge for the Minecraft version you play, if you have not already.

2. Download the .jar with the button on this page. Do not unzip it — a mod jar is installed as it is.

3. Put it in your mods folder:

Windows — %APPDATA%\.minecraft\mods

macOS — ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods

Linux — ~/.minecraft/mods

4. Launch the game with the Neoforge profile selected.

ON A SERVER

Anything that changes world generation or gameplay has to be installed on the server as well as on every client. Client-side visual and interface mods do not.

UPDATING

Replace the old .jar rather than adding the new one beside it. Two versions of the same mod in the folder is a crash on launch.

This release downloads from cdn.modrinth.com, not from us, so there is no checksum to compare against. Scan the archive before you unpack it.
