The Raider.IO addon puts a player's Mythic+ score and raid progression into their tooltip, in the group finder, and in the LFG listings. It is the addon that made pick-up group formation in modern WoW work the way it does.
WHAT IT SHOWS
Mythic+ rating overall and per dungeon, best runs and their key levels, current and previous season raid progress by difficulty, and recruitment status for players looking for a guild. All of it appears where you were already looking — the unit tooltip, the group finder list, the applicant list.
For a group leader it turns a list of names into a list of people you can actually assess. For an applicant it is why your score is the first thing anyone sees.
The data comes from Raider.IO's own database, shipped inside the addon and refreshed with each update rather than queried live, so it works without any network access from the game client.

DATA FRESHNESS
Scores are bundled with the addon, so they are as current as your last update. Update weekly during a season if you care about accuracy.

Nothing meaningful. It adds to tooltips rather than replacing them.
Installation
THROUGH THE CURSEFORGE APP (recommended)
Install from the app and let it update — the bundled score data is the reason to keep it current.
MANUAL
1. Download from CurseForge.
2. Extract into World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns.
3. Restart the game.
4. Type /raiderio for options — what appears in tooltips, in the group finder, and how much detail each shows.
TIP
Hold the modifier key set in the options while hovering to expand a tooltip into the full per-dungeon breakdown.
