After about 1.5 years of work, I am happy to present my biggest project yet, the

Hirochi CCF!

the Important Bits

- Use the reporting thread for any and all CCF bug reports. Please avoid embedding reports into reviews, as the review becomes irrelevant as soon as the bug is patched.

- This mod may be intensive to run for some systems: this seems to be very random in who it effects, and as such can’t be fixed.

- Please ask me before starting any CCF-related project, especially if it is intended for repository or forum release. My Discord DM (@theowilkinson) is open, and so are my Forum DMs.

- I will take down all reuploads I am able to take down, and will take component theft very seriously, whether the part was my work in the mod or not.

You can see everything in more detail below: please read it, as I have put a lot of thought and effort into this page

My BMAC

Finn's BMAC

I have made this a free mod: there is no requirement whatsoever to give either of us anything, but it'd be very kind of you and is a great way to show your appreciation.

the Content

I have put the sections below into spoilers, for a more concise page. They are important, but take up a lot of space.

Spoiler
The mod has about 12 wheels, 26 non-Procyon exterior colours and 10 interior colours. It also has 38 default configs, with extra parts to allow you to create your own. All of this is shown below:

the Unique Bits

Spoiler
- Uniquely designed exterior and interior, heavily referencing the old CCF, Mazda MX-5 and Toyota GR86, with some Porsche influence.

- ADAS

- Automatic Emergency Braking, where the vehicle will warn then stop for you if it detects a situation where you may not intervene.

- Automatic Headlight Control:

- Headlights will turn on in dark conditions, and turn back off again when not needed anymore.

- Headlights will also use automatically use Highbeams where appropriate.

- Blind Spot Sensors on the mirrors, which activate when there may be something you cannot see in your mirror's blind spot.

- Hill Descent Assist, which uses the brakes to hold your speed down a hill if you are not accelerating or braking yourself.

- Hill Start Assist, which holds the brakes on a hill-start, to prevent stalling.

- Parking Sensors:

- Will appear when the vehicle is at a near standstill and is near obstacles.

- Display with a diagram on the screen, with 4 sensors on each end of the vehicle.

- Sequential Indicators on all non-USDM models.

- Electric and ICE powertrains.

- Fully interactive interior, with a ceiling light, customisable ambient lighting, button lighting, functional screens (infotainment to be built on in 1.1+), and more.

- Fully functional manual Softtop, with a 2 latch system like its real counterpart.

- Part dependent audio muffling and opening windows.

- An ability to equip the car for pretty much every major domestic market.

- Detailed police equipment with added functionality over official.

- Faithfully replicated MX-5 Cup car, with functional gauges, a fully refitted interior and tuning to create a suitable entry level racecar.

- Fully unique and faithful to the type engine tunes, with VVL and custom additional sounds.

the Notes

Spoiler
- When HTML files are loading, they appear white. This results in all CCF screens and the brake discs looking white on spawn. Please wait a few seconds for things to load.

- The ADAS systems and screens are not perfect, so please give them the benefit of the doubt if there is a fault, and if the infotainment screen gets stuck CTRL+R.

- To open the roof, unlatch at the front top, and pull it back via nodegrabber until you hear a click. To close the roof, press the rear trigger, and pull it up until it meets the A pillar. To reclose it after an accidental unlatching, click the rear trigger and pull it back closed.

- To mute the Parking Sensors, use the trigger above the bonnet popper.

- All parts are in British English, so here are a few examples:

- Bonnet = Hood

- Boot = Trunk

- Wing = Fender

- Aerial = Antenna

- If you want to make a CCF Cup livery, use the top layer of the Skin UV PDN to fit it into regulation.

- For full functionality on the Turbo and Cumbrian Police trims, please install the Europlate compilation.

the Lore

Spoiler
The Hirochi CCF is a small roadster produced by Hirochi from 2020, in order to celebrate the 50 year anniversary of a small sports car, their first. For this reason, it is in its first generation.

It was initially released with just the 190-4 (M), 210-4S (both transmissions) and the 240-4S Sunrise First Edition (limited to 1000).

The following year (2021), the -6 models released, alongside an automatic 190-4.

Then, (2022) the Procyon Vela was revealed, alongside 'T' (targa) variants of the CCF and RF Velas. Neither of these are in this mod, but are in the Procyon Vela, linked at the top of the page. The CCF 210-4S Classic Edition arrived this year too.

In 2023, the Country Arctic and Dune were revealed, intended to provide an option for those in countries where a RWD sports car was not suitable. In this same year, the eCCF was released as an experiment, with only the eCCF 190 and 270. These were only made for 1 year.

The car ended production in 2025, with the 280-6S Sunset Final Edition.

The rework completely overwrites the pre rework in lore, as they conflict and do not make sense with each other. Treat this as a 'how it should've been'.

the Context

Spoiler
The CCF was originally created in the pre rework form as a way to get one of my favourite cars in BeamNG. As soon as it was released, I knew it could've been better and more accurate.

I diverted my attention from it for a few months, until June 2022 when I tried to adjust some proportions, and realised it was too far gone. It was at this time when Finn offered to remodel it.

From July to about August, Finn worked away and finished most of the exterior and chassis work, and then I took back over.

I got it in game up to about September, when KLJP took my time up until that December.

From there onwards, it was my only project except a month break for the Gambler Covet.

It has been my passion project for that whole year, and I have driven it more than 5000 miles since the project began.

I've recruited people like Zeit, Finn, LJ and Kueso to improve the overall quality and feel of the mod, and hope that my own skill improvement is shown with it.

I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have making it.

ABOUT THIS LISTING

This page describes 2020 Hirochi CCF by Theo Wilkinson. The description and screenshots are the author's own, imported from their listing on the BeamNG.drive repository on 31 August 2026: https://www.beamng.com/resources/2020-hirochi-ccf.29318/

Mythiq.net hosts no files for it. The download button goes straight to the release file on beamng.com, so you are downloading from the author's own host, not from a copy of ours.

The download count, rating and comments on this page start at zero and count Mythiq.net only. The source's own figures are not copied here — they measure a different site, and a number that cannot be checked against our own ledger is not worth printing.

Media

Requirements

BeamNG.drive on a current build. The repository lists a mod as outdated once it stops loading, but a mod written for an older release can still misbehave quietly rather than fail outright — check the resource page for the author's own compatibility note before reporting a fault.

Nothing else is required unless the author says so above. BeamNG mods are self-contained zip archives; there is no loader or framework to install first.

Installation

1. Download the archive with the button on this page. Do NOT unzip it — BeamNG loads mods as zips.

2. Put the zip in your mods folder:

Windows — Documents\BeamNG.drive\\mods

Linux — ~/.local/share/BeamNG.drive//mods

3. Start the game and open the Mod Manager from the main menu to confirm it is listed and active.

4. Vehicles appear in the vehicle selector; maps appear under Freeroam.

UPDATING

Delete the old zip before adding the new one. Two versions of the same mod in the folder is the usual cause of a vehicle appearing twice, or of parts that will not fit together.

IF SOMETHING LOOKS WRONG

Clear the cache: in the Mod Manager, use "Clear cache and restart". Most oddities after an update — missing textures, parts that vanish — are a stale cache rather than a broken mod.

This release downloads from beamng.com, not from us, so there is no checksum to compare against. Scan the archive before you unpack it.
