LibAddonMenu - OrderListBox widget
A listbox widget with manual order possiblities (via buttons or drag&drop) for the library LibAddonMenu.
Just install it in addition to LibAddonMenu-2.0 (release 32 or newer is needed!) and use the new widget type "orderlistbox" in your addon'
settings panel.
Add to your manifest txt file:
This widget is based on a ZO_SortList.
Selecting an entry will highlight the row and show the move buttns (if not disabled in the orderListBoxData table).
Pressing the mouse left button long on an entry and moving the mouse up or down (within the listbox boundaries), called "Dragging", will make the entry move up or down to the position where you release your left mouse button.
If you want to move it more down to the bottom/more to the top than the current list is scrolled use your mousewheel to scroll, while still holding the left mouse button.
Functionalities:
- Button to move a selected entry 1 up
- Button to move a selected entry 1 down
- Button to move a selected entry to the top
- Button to move a selected entry to the bottom
- All buttons can be disabled via the orderListBoxData table
- Drag & drop of an entry (up and down)
- Show dragged list entry text as label near the cursor
- Auto scroll up/down if dragging entries to the upper/lower part of the list
- Drag & drop can be disabled via the orderListBoxData table
- Show number of position in front of the text of an entry
- Number of position is disabled by default via the orderListBoxData table
- Show value of entry after the entry text (surrounded by [])
- Show value of entry after the tooltip text of an entry (surrounded by [])
- Show an "Add entry" button and a customizable dialog for the add entry value (with value checks e.g. only numerically). A callback function can handle additional tasks as the entry got added.
The customizable dialog can use a customControl and customSetupFunction so you can e.g. add a dropdown and populate default entries via the setupFunction.
- Show remove selected entry(ies) button. A check function can check if the entry could be deleted and a callback function can handle additional taks after the entry got deleted.
Provides the following parameters:
Example usage in a LAM settings panel:
If you define your own XML virtual template for the "rowTemplate" tag:
Make sure to add the handlers OnDragStart and OnReceiveDrag to your virtual row template! Check XML file LAM2_orderlistbox_widget.xml, virtual control "LAM2_OrderListBox_Widget_Scrolllist_Row" as template!
If you want to define your own addCustomEntryDialog XML template, here are 2 examples: 1 with only 1 label with fixed text added and another with a dropdown adding your joined guilds:

ABOUT THIS LISTING
This page describes LibAddonMenu - OrderListBox widget by Baertram. The description and screenshots are the author's own, imported from their listing on ESOUI on 24 October 2026: https://www.esoui.com/downloads/info3080-LibAddonMenu-OrderListBoxwidget.html
Mythiq.net hosts no files for it. The download button goes straight to the release file on cdn.esoui.com, so you are downloading from the author's own host, not from a copy of ours.
The download count, rating and comments on this page start at zero and count Mythiq.net only. The source's own figures are not copied here — they measure a different site, and a number that cannot be checked against our own ledger is not worth printing.

API VERSION
Built for ESO API version 12.0.0, 11.3.0, 11.2.0, 11.1.0, 11.0.0. After a patch the game marks add-ons built for the previous API as out of date; the "Allow out of date add-ons" checkbox in the add-on menu loads them anyway, and most work.
LIBRARIES
Many ESO add-ons depend on a shared library — LibAddonMenu-2.0 above all — which is installed separately, exactly like an add-on. A dependency that is missing shows as the add-on simply not appearing in the list.
CONSOLE
Add-ons are PC and Mac only. There is no way to load them on console.
Installation
1. Download the archive with the button on this page and unzip it.
2. Move the unzipped folder into your add-ons directory:
Windows — Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns
3. Start the game, and at the character select screen click Add-Ons.
4. Tick the add-on. If it is greyed out and marked out of date, tick "Allow out of date add-ons" at the top of the same panel.
5. Log in. Most add-ons need a /reloadui after they are first enabled.
UPDATING
Delete the old folder first. ESO loads everything it finds, and two copies of one add-on is the usual cause of "an add-on has produced an error" on login.
This release downloads from cdn.esoui.com, not from us, so
there is no checksum to compare against. Scan the archive before you unpack it.
